After years of struggling to find trustworthy, affordable pet care for her own two rescue dogs, Mango and Biscuit, Lena decided the best solution was to build it herself — from the ground up, with heart at the center of every decision.
What started as a one-woman dog-walking operation out of South Austin quickly grew into a full-service pet care home. Lena brought on her longtime friend and fellow dog-mom, Rosa Medina, to help manage grooming and boarding. Together, they built a small but mighty team of certified pet care professionals who all share the same simple belief: pets deserve the same warmth and safety as any family member.
Our mission is straightforward — to give Austin pet owners genuine peace of mind. Whether you're at work, traveling, or just need a break, we want you to feel completely confident that your dog or cat is loved, safe, and happy in our care. We communicate constantly, keep routines consistent, and always put your pet's comfort first, no matter what.
